Digital Download Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. Digital files are intellectual property that cannot be retrieved by the seller after delivery.

When a refund may be considered

Refunds will only be considered if the product was not delivered because of a technical issue, you received the wrong product, you were charged more than once for the same order, or the purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or unusable because of a technical defect.

If you experience one of these issues, contact support@thewomanwithclarity.com within 3 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the problem. We will review the request and work to resolve the issue promptly.
